Large pipe renovation in the pumping station - Springbach
Starting from the pumping station, 3 parallel lines were machined in the direction of Emscher. The three lines DN 800 (l = 97.30 m), DN 1600 (l = 73.50 m) and DN 1800 (l = 73.50 m) were first cleaned at maximum pressure. The mechanical coating was then carried out by the spin-on process.The coating thickness had to be at least 10.00 mm thick. The three spout arches in the Emschers were coated by hand.
