Cement mortar lining of two sewage pressure pipes DN 1000
The two parallel-running pressure pipes each end with an outflow sheet in a pre-flood. The pressure pipes are 235,00 m long and 167,00 m long.
The interior surface coated with bitumen showed the typical damage pattern. The burst water bubbles in the bitumen coating resulted in a strong rust attack.
The bitumen was completely removed by means of maximum pressure cleaning. As a new corrosion protection, a 10 mm thick cement mortar lining was applied.
The outlet sheets were hand-coated with cement mortar. Here, too, a minimum layer thickness of 10 mm was applied.
